Every engagement includes the full six-phase process: document review against the gap-analysis checklist, itemised cost build, supplier quotes obtained, daywork rates for variations, written risk register and assumptions, and a sectioned Excel pricing schedule ready to submit.

50 percent on instruction, 50 percent on delivery of the pricing schedule. All fees exclude VAT. Pricing schedule production - quoted on the pack. You have the costs. I build the submission document.
